Welcome to York County Dads!  This is a fairly new organization (although it isn't always that organized) based on Stay at Home Dads and their kids.  Because some fathers realize that raising their children is the most important job, we feel that York County Dads wil help add value to a highly undervalued profession.  The reality is that Fathers are realizing that taking care of their kids is actually their responsibility . . .  not a Nanny or some Au Pair.  Also, this gives a chance for Fathers to share their experiences with other Fathers.  Parenting is not an easy job and may struggle at times.,   This job is not a cake walk and can be a 24 hours a day occupation.  Hopefully, we can help ease some of your burden.  If you are a Stay at Home Dad and would like to get together, even have some occasional time away from the kids and wife please drop me a line at YorkCountyDads@yahoo.com  Make sure you email me for upcoming events or if you have suggestions please let me know.
