Yoganidra  is a relaxation technique .

It is easy to understand and also easy to practice. Which is derived from the word “Yoga “(the ancient Technique) and “Nidra” (The important activity of every living object), also you can say the combination of 2 words. In the other words also it is called as Panchak as it compiles and let you to practice several 5 ancient techniques. Those 5 techniques are

2-Pranayam

3-Tratak

4-Mudra

5-Yoga

As we all knows that these techniques are the noble way to lead a peaceful life so I named the Panchak as the Peace for your life.

 In Yoganidra you will find an opportunity to practice all these 5 techniques and realize the benefits of all these .In your day to day stress, tension full busy life it is very difficult to get the spare time to learn & understand all these techniques also there is need of a perfect Guru (Master) who will guide to learn all these and understand these also these all time taking.  

Dear reader do not afraid I am giving the better solution for your above problem .I have prepared this Yoganidra for the peace for your life by compiling the 5 ancient techniques and all these process has been so simplified to understand as well as practice .The entire technique takes 30 min to practice, also you can make is less or also you can increase the duration of the technique as the minimum should be minimum of 15 min & the maximum has no limit.  

One interesting and important thing about this technique is that it an alternate process for Self Hypnosis which will get you a proper set Goal or the Gala success of the life if it is practiced in the proper way.
