Yoganidra is a relaxation technique . It
is easy to understand and also easy to practice. Which is derived from the
word “Yoga “(the ancient Technique) and “Nidra”
(The important activity of every living object), also you can say the
combination of 2 words. In the other words also it is called as Panchak
as it compiles and let you to practice several 5 ancient techniques. Those 5
