Bar Exam

To graduate from law school is one thing, to pass the bar exam is another.

For LLM students educated in a non-common-law law school, after completing a 20-credit program, you can sit for the bar exams in New York state and California. They are among the toughest possible bar exams of all states.

As of 2002, the passing score for MPRE is increased to 85 in NY state. MPRE is not easy because applying the various rules is much more difficult than memorizing them.

barbri, which goes to every law school to promote itself heavily. You couldn't be unware of it. Barbri is expensive, but ... it is worth it.
