A great place to eat in Upper Michigan is Wahlstrom's Restaurant. They also have an inexpensive motel on the premises. They are located east of Marquette on Hwy. 41.
While in the U.P., we stayed at the Travelodge in Marquette. HERE you'll find information on both Wahlstrom's (also a nice place to stay) and Travelodge.
