Construction Services - Construction Manager
Accountable and responsible to :
- Manage all Operating and Capital Construction section within quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) aspect, including all jobs conducted at plant (field) and Construction Services workshop.,
Operating Construction services covering :
- construct and maintain new civil facilities such as new building, tank, warehousing yard, house, water, oil, and waste pipe line, public road, airport, and port facilities, etc
- civil and mechanical maintenance of plant facilities such as furnaces, dryer, kiln, converter, hydro power plant, and other supporting utilities,
- deliver rigging and transporting equipment, such as crane (20 – 150 Ton Capacity), boom truck, trailer, forklift, etc.
- inspect all civil facilities such as bridge, oil and water pipe line, overhead crane), and develop its maintenance action plan.
- Manage monthly and yearly Operating Constuction budget. There are consist of operating and repair budget,
- Give constructability advice for tendering, evaluate tender price, and technical aspect ,
- Achieve of Construction Services Safety Target that implemented in Safety Calender, Produce and Review Safety Operating Procedure, etc.,
- Develop QCD metric/service key performance index to measure Operating Construction services to the Customers,
- Conduct coaching session to Operating Construction Supervisor,
- Implement Performance Development Review/Skill Audit for all Operating Construction crews,
- Develop, Sozialise, and Implement “Service Level Aggreement” with Operating Construction Customers.
