Earth Dragonballs
-All 7 dragonballs must be gathered
-Incantaion must be said ("Come out Dragon, and grant my wish!)
-Only one wish may be granted per summoning of the Etarnal Dragon (Shenlong)
-The Eternal Dragon will not grant the same wish twice
-Persons may only be restored from death if their reasons for death are not natural (only one person may be restored, unless their deaths are somehow related)
-The Eternal Dragon cannot grant wishes that exceed the power of that set of dragonballs' creator
-Following the fulfillment of the wish, the dragonballs will be scatter in different locations, and turn to stone
-After the dragoballs turn to stone they will remain stone for one year, then revert to dragonballs



Earth Dragonballs (after Dende gives them a 'power-up')
-All 7 dragonballs must be gathered
-Incantaion must be said ("Come out Dragon, and grant my wish!)
-The wisher may have up to two wishes per summoning of the Etarnal Dragon (Shenlong)
-The Eternal Dragon will not grant the same wish twice
-Persons may only be restored from death if their reasons for death are not natural (only one person may be restored, unless their deaths are somehow related)
-The Eternal Dragon cannot grant wishes that exceed the power of that set of dragonballs' creator
-Following the fulfillment of the wish, the dragonballs will be scatter in different locations, and turn to stone
-After the dragoballs turn to stone they will remain stone for one year, (but if only one wish is wished, then the dragonballs will only remain stone for four months)then revert to dragonballs



Namekian Dragonballs
-All 7 dragonballs must be gathered
-Incantation must be saind in Namekian
-The wisher may have up to 3 wishes, and wish them in Namekian per summoning of the Eternal Dragon (Porunga)
-The eternal Dragon can grant the same wish more than once
-One person may only be restored from death per wish, if their reasons for death are not natural (only one person may be restored, unless their deaths are somehow related)
-The Eternal Dragon cannot grant wishes that exceed the power of that set of dragonballs' creator
-Following the fulfillment of the wish, the dragonballs will be scatter in different locations, and turn to stone
-After the dragoballs turn to stone they will remain stone for one Namekian year (130 days), then revert to dragonballs
