YADHDPM was set up at first because I was getting iritated searching the internet for a website which would explain AD/HD in a way that was easy for me to understand. The more I searched the more frustrated I became as it soon became clear that there was nothing available which made sense to me. So on a boring February day in 2000 I decided to fill the gap I saw, and so YADHDPM was born. (well that is the short version anyway to read more go to WHY!)
