ELECTROMAGNETIC TORTURE CHAMBER
There is a new type of highly invasive hi-tech equipment being sold illegally by an organized crime group. This technology is known as Sonic or Non-Lethal Weapons. This equipment can be used to assault and even deform you in your own home. WINDOW-OF-OPPORTUNITY CRIME
It sounds hard to believe that this could be going on in our country. Unfortunately, as long as this group can keep this operation a secret they can continue to make BIG MONEY. Once they are found out the whole operation is over.
Imagine! A weapon you can use without getting caught. And there's more.
This equipment can be sold to voyeurs, sadists and even used to run people you "just don't like" out of neighborhoods. The equipment being sold has been around for years now and they still haven't been exposed.
Whose responsible for these invasive assaults?
IT'S NOT THE GOVERNMENT
But many of the people targeted are led to believe that this crime is sponsored by the government. When they begin the harassment they are trying to smear their victim's credibility and reputation. If they can get the target to believe they are a government agency there's less chance that they will be believed or rescued. After all, if someone told you the FBI was experimenting on them in this fashion you'd have to think they were close to paranoid.
The kind of harassment, psychological warfare and physical torture these people perpetrate are sadistic and illogical. If the government wanted to test out this equipment they would have no reason to do these types of things. If I were the government and wanted to test this equipment it would be easy to do so without the target ever knowing it was being done to them. These perpetrators, on the other hand, want the people they target to know it's being done to them. They go out of their way to make sure you know they're doing it and they also want you to know they are enjoying every minute of it. In short, they are sadists--people who derive pleasure from inflicting pain on people.

ORGANIZED CRIMINAL GROUPS ARE RESPONSIBLE
Why are they able to get away with these horrible crimes?
First of all, they set people up in such a way that to report it at this point is next to impossible. It would be like trying to convince a caveman that the earth isn't really flat back in cave days.
Right now few people are even aware of the existance of this technology. The police are just beginning to be trained in a couple of states to use the least of these sonic weapons. They are not trained to detect this type of crime nor to protect citizens from this type of invasion/assault.
This would be a job for the FBI as it would require an organized undercover operation.
WHAT THE FBI NEEDS TO DO TO CATCH THEM
In order to successfully do this they would have to:
1.) Begin by completely believing that it is actually happening and...
2.) Understand how the group operates to cover up the crime while they sell the equipment.
Though the FBI may know the technology exists they haven't yet realized that it's being sold because of the cover-up.
3.) You will have to understand the technology. You'll have to be able to identify it too.
In order to FIND the equipment inside the perpetrators homes you'll have to have learned all about the tech from your scientists. They will have to show you what you will be looking for in those houses.
4.) Use the Patriot's Act.
Understand that the group always has a look-out and will notice if you attempt to watch their comings and goings. Once anyone not involved in the crime is spotted on the street keeping watch this group will call off the traffic until they are sure they are not being watched. That means that unless you have some type of surveillence in place, unknown to them, they will notice you and wait for the coast to be clear again.
That's where the Patriot's Act comes into play. Without any warning, just storm the houses of the people you suspect are doing this to someone. You'll have to catch them off-guard. Once you get inside you will have to search for the equipment and check the walls thoroughly too.
5.) Finally, your scientists will have to develop ways to detect it and also instruct citizens on ways to protect ourselves.
THE WAY TO RESCUE THE TARGETED INDIVIDUAL
Once Homeland Security and/or the FBI does believe that someone is being targeted with EMF (Electromagnetic Frequency) that person should be rescued immediately before they are killed.
To do this the Law Enforcement Agencies of the FBI and Homeland Security will need to prepare electromagnetically shielded spaces. I think they may be able to design them and place them in a moving van or some other vehicle so that the targeted individual can enter it and have the frequency charge cut off.
The reason you must rescue the target is not only because they can testify and give you first-hand accounts if they are still alive. They are being tortured by this technology and shouldn't have to endure it for a moment more than they already have. A human beings' safety should come first.
This should be obvious but unfortunately some investigators may feel they have a better chance of catching the perpetrators while the target remains in the victim position. This is not true though. Ending the hi-tech EMF assault will end the targets suffering but the perps will still be there for the law to watch as they attempt to set up their next victim.
SURROUNDING THE TARGET
These civilian criminals have somehow gotten access to the technology and demonstrate it on any person they are able to put it on in order to sell it. The equipment requires a victim. They pay off neighbors to gain access to a victim. It helps their operation if the person is a member of a minority group in that particular neighborhood. It is less likely that their neighbors will be able to pass up easy money to spare a neighbor they're not particularly fond of to begin with.
Which neighborhood you live in and the type of people living close to you can determine whether you will continue to enjoy your right to privacy and safety at home.
PROXIMITY
All they need is access to your adjoining walls. If they are able to bribe your neighbors to let them use their homes--they are IN.
SURVEILLANCE STAGE
Once they are in place and organized they watch you with the use of the equipment. (Click "Nowhere to Hide"). They get to know their "prey". From there, they begin to figure out the best way to "personalize" the harassment to your particular lifestyle. They look for areas of vulnerability.

THE HARASSMENT BEGINS
The first thing you'll hear that will alert you that this type of crime is beginning will be the harassment described on pg. 1 of "Freedom in the United States is in Danger!" (Click it).
This harassment is also known as"gaslighting", "grouping" and "street theatre". The group setting you up will begin either by playing tapes at your residence repeating phrases of abuse over and over or will play it out on the street. But after doing this for a little while, they will begin using the sound equipment. (Click "Hearing is Believing").
The purpose of all this is to make all the descriptions of this abuse sound paranoid. No matter how good your reputation, there is only so much of this people can listen to before they begin to wonder about you. Previously loyal friends and trusting family members will begin to doubt your perceptions. Right now, aren't you beginning to doubt this?
THE COVER-UP
A smear campaign is the best cover-up of all for any type of covert crime. If this group can ruin your credibility as a sane, peaceful, law-abiding citizen they can do whatever they want to you. Since most people are unaware of this technology, the target is stuck with the unhappy task of trying to make people aware of the technology and the crime while they are under attack. It's almost impossible to do this without sounding paranoid.
So, most targets suffer in silence while they do everything in their power to understand the weapons that are being used against them. While the victim searches for ways to shield themselves, the perpetrators are demonstrating the equipment to prospective buyers.
They can then show the equipment to people at all times of day and night. If anyone becomes suspicious of this amount of activity they will stop the "viewings" until the coast is clear again.
MOVING OUT OF THE HOOD
The obvious solution to such harassment is to pack up and move. If you do that and move to another low-income neighborhood you may find that your stalkers have no problem buying out your new neighbors too. So here you are managing to withstand all types of harassment and assaults without losing your credibility as a sane person. You warn people about this equipment. Now you have become what is known as a "whistleblower". You must be stopped. So they now have more reason than ever to finish you off. You are now a threat to their livelihood. These parasites will not stop until they have destroyed you.
SIGNS THAT A PERSON IS BEING TARGETED
How will you know if a friend or family member is being targeted? Different groups do different things but some things seem to be experienced by almost all targets.
1.) Harassment. * (optional-see below)
They normally are verbally harassed in such a way that they have no witnesses or evidence.
2.) Physical Changes.
Later on, the targeted individual will begin to have more and more physical pains and will look and sound worse and worse. Healthy people will even begin to have strange physical spasms of pain especially in the neck area. Medically, there will be no explanation. These will get worse and worse with time. Some individuals will actually become deformed facially while their whole physique becomes weaker.
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
Fight back! How can you fight back? Well, it won't be easy. Each person has to do what they can do. Every problem has a solution. The reason this is so destructive to all of us is because it hasn't been exposed. So the problem,for everyone's safety, is to expose this crime.

This equipment is both illegal and "Security-sensitive". In the hands of terrorists it can be used to access information which normally would be impossible for them to get. In the hands of anyone it already is being used to terrorize and assault individuals in their own homes.
CONTACTING THE FBI
You are now surrounded by this organized group and so you are in a unique position. You know WHERE they are. I can't tell you what to do. Every target has to do what they feel is right. If you do decide to contact the FBI you can take some precautions by being discreet. Let them know that you believe you are "a victim of hi-tech crime" and refer them to a few websites and you will be safely documenting the crime. Don't say anything that can be used against you. Telling the truth is tricky - don't say too much. Let the websites do the talking for you. Educate people but in such a way as to keep yourself as healthy and protected as possible. Put out flyers. Network with other targets. Don't lose hope.
ACTIONS I PERSONALLY HAVE TAKEN
1.) I have contacted 2 Police Stations several times in person explaining that this new type of crime IS taking place and leaving them printouts from the "Freedom in the U.S. is in Danger!" website (as well as this site). One station said they would post it.
2.) I emailed some of the other targeted people.
3.) I took their advice and created my own website documenting my experience with this crime.
4.) I have also put out flyers about these sites and the technology.
5.) I personally have emailed both the FBI and HOMELAND SECURITY over 100 times but have only received auto-replies in return. I have also emailed both the CIA and the President of the U.S. too and also received auto-replies only.
There have been no investigations that I'm aware of but since I have urged them to go undercover--who knows?
6.) I have contacted many of the Science Magazines requesting that they write articles about this technology and possible remedies and shielding materials.
7.) I have recently contacted INTERPOL to inform them of this crime which involves torture, deformity and assault on innocent citizens. Again, I haven't heard anything but that doesn't mean they aren't doing anything. They may be investigating right now.
8.) I have contacted a few newspapers including the Philadelphia INQUIRE and the NEW YORK TIMES.
9.) I have also made large signs with these websites printed on them large so that everyone in my neighborhood would be aware of the fact that this new crime was taking place right there and providing them with info about it.
10.) I have also screamed and hollered as I was being tortured as it is extremely painful. I screamed out my perpetrators names and told everyone that I was being tortured and disfigured with this equipment.

*NOTE: Not all of the people who are using this equipment will harass their targets out loud. Not all of the perpetrators will use "street theatre". EMF ASSAULT
Here's a rundown on how targeted individuals are "charged up" and assaulted with EMF (electromagnetic frequency) by the government and the people they employ to help them.
They coined the term "Psychotronics" to describe this technology. We are referring to it here as Hi tech assault with EMF (Electromagnetic Frequency).
I know that the use of it requires that a group be trained on how to "charge up" the target to receive it. They do this "charging up" by bathing the targets' apartment in EMF waves (see www.mikrowellenterror.de/english for more about this).
In order to "charge up" the target they have to access the targets' immediate neighbors in the beginning. Once they have "charged up" the target it is possible to keep them "recharged" from a distance. In the same way that a radio can be "plugged into" an electrical outlet to receive radio waves a human being can be electromagnetically "charged up" by bathing them in EMF at a certain frequency from a few different angles at the same time. So, in the beginning they "charge you up" night and day from a close proximity and you will be totally unsuspecting.
Once they have you "charged up" you are now an EMF "receiver" of their EMF "torture chamber". You now attract what they are sending. That makes it easier to keep you "recharged" too as you now "attract" the frequency they are sending. They can charge you up by helicopter, plane, SUV, car or from nearby neighbors homes.

After contacting Homeland Security and the Phila,PA FBI since 2/04 over 100 times each I have come to a new understanding about the Government and Hi-tech Assault with EMF (electromagnetic frequency) Weapons. I requested that they investigated my own crime for over a year via emails to both Homeland Security and the FBI. But, they never acknowledged any of over 100 emails except with an automated response. I thought they were investigating because after I contacted them in Feb 2004 there were helicopters and airplanes around me wherever I went for the next year. I wondered why they spent this time and money but did not rescue me from being tortured. I thought about this alot as I was tortured all that time and there's not anything you think of more when you are being tortured than of how you stop this crime.
So, I figured for a long time that they needed time to figure out who the perpetrators were. Then I figured they needed to figure out how to detect this and to keep track of how the crime was perpetrated. Finally, I realized they really should have CARED ABOUT WHETHER I LIVED OR DIED. They obviously did not care about me at all.
Next I figured that they used the fact that this criminal group was on me to STUDY THE CRIME. The problem is that this crime is always against AN INDIVIDUAL. If you don't care about the individual then you can't do your job and fight this crime. Usually the "GOOD GUYS" save the victim first and then, when they are safe, go after the perpetrators. Because of the secretive nature of the weapons used, Law Enforcement doesn't have the media, or anyone to answer to if they decide to LEAVE THE VICTIM IN PLACE TO BE TORTURED while they gather information. This is what I thought was happening.
I no longer believe this. As of 7/19/05 I now believe that I am being used for non-consensual experimentation of torture equipment--so-called NON-LETHAL WEAPONS TESTING--by my own government.
EXPOSING THIS CRIME IS A TOP PRIORITY. So is finding SHIELDING to protect against ELECTROMAGNETIC FREQUENCY WEAPONS.

ABOUT ME
On a personal note I'd like to add that I am a lesbian who has no criminal record or mental health issues and who has always been a responsible citizen. Now, because of this crime, my life has been changed in many ways. I had to rely on some "help" from a relative the last few months. I have always supported myself and this is the first time I ever did have to get help financially. All the target's of this crime become less independent as they are being physically attacked which affects their physical health and therefore their ability to appear normal and get work. I am working but I am in intense pain every minute of every day. I was a marathon runner and a person who worked out all the time. I did not smoke, drink or use drugs and was very productive creatively. I am a college graduate and had my own business. I still do but each day my health is being damaged irreversibly by this technology.
