Fishing Report
May 2001:
It's easy to catch limits on trout a few days after the DFG stocked the place. Gold kastmasters seemed to produce the most fish one hour before sunset. I also see bass roaming near the dam after sunset.

Check my Reports page. I will no longer update this report part here.

Fishing Notes
Trout:
People say near the pump house is the best, but I have seen and caught trout anywhere along the dam. Trout can also be caught in many other parts of the water.

Bass:
People who fish for bass here tell me that the cove right across from the launch ramp is good for bass. Also near the picnic grounds and towards the end of the reservoir where it narrows. There are many coves there. Check them all out with spinnerbaits and plastics.
