| This is the application to become a CO. Fill it out as if your life depended on it. Because it just might.... But really, just make sure you take your time and fill every thing out as good as you can. Ever detail will count on this, so make sure you fill it out completely. And above all remember that you should be IC (In Character) while filling out the Character part of it. It makes a big difference. The XO seems to think it is the Chief Engineer, A long time Friend, And the Chief Inteligence Officer seems to think it is the XO.
