1. Any horse can be nominated. 2. You may not nominate your own horse. 3. You may not vote for your own horse. 4. Once a horse has won, it is not eligible to run again that year. 5. All winners will run at the end of the year for the title of Snaffle Bit's "Horse of the Year". |
