Hower joined up with Xena and Gabrielle on one adventure, to help stop the meanest giant who ever walked the earth, Gareth, and to also stop an army from destroying a village.  Hower fell in love with Xena the minute he saw her and his girlfriend Minya was not happy with this, but Xena made him see things more clearly.
