Our flat was fully renovated in 1997.
We tried to make it "easy to live" and to retain some of its charming elements, like the three fireplaces and the plater mouldings on the ceilings.
The flat is on the 5th floor ; there is no elevator. Its surface is app. 45 sq.m.
We can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and a baby :
. 1 large bed
. 2 bunk beds
. 1 baby bed available.
Animals are not accepted.
Facilities in the flat include heating, a dishwasher, cooking equipment (fridge, stove & oven). We will provide you with bed sheets & towels.
You may use the phone only to receive incoming calls, though calling cards can be arranged.
The building
Our building is from 1905. It was renovated less than 5 years ago and is still pristine looking thanks to the good care provided by our concierge. It has 7 floors.
The area
The appartment is located in the heart of Paris, in the northwestern 18th district. It is close to the Montmartre area which well known as a tourist attraction.
The area is built in typical "Haussmanien" style, dating from late 19th - early 20th century.
Metro line n°13 (station : Guy Môquet) is accessible about 300m away, and you may also choose to travel by bus to the center of Paris.
The area offers all facilities such as shops (food can be bought till 10 PM), restaurants, cafés, cinema are available at "place Clichy" (10 minutes walk). There is a laundry shop just down the corner. Certain shops might be closed during August.
