NETWORK MAINTENANCE

What are the benefits derivable in such arrangement?

.:: Preventive Maintenance of all the computers and peripherals covered by the agreement every 3 months.
.:: Corrective Maintenance of malfunctioning computers. Within the hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Mondays thru Fridays, if any of the units covered by the agreement malfunctions, we will visit and resolve the issue. However, we will charge your company the cost of any spare parts replacement. Only our labor services will be free of charge. We are committed to keeping your mission-critical network system working for your business.

.:: Consultancy Services. Within the hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Mondays thru Fridays, our phone lines are open to entertain questions related to the operation of your computer system.

What is not covered by the programme?

.:: Trainings. Request to conduct trainings or seminars are not covered by the agreement.
.:: Loss of Data. Recovery of missing/loss of data , information, or programs caused by breakdown of system can not be covered by the agreement. We can only recommend restoration of the most recent backup.

.:: Software's / Programs. Software's / programs are not given free of charge. Any of such that your company requires should be at expense of the company.

What will we enforce under the program?

.:: All software/programs that will run in the network system must be licensed. We will enforce strict monitoring of the software/computer programs running in the network environment. We will assist in the licensing of the systems that are being used in the system. Licensing costs will be at the expense of the company.

.:: Backup System. In order to lessen the risk of data loss, your company will be required to establish a respectable backup system.

.:: Virus Protection Software. Your company will be required to have a licensed virus protection software to guard against malicious programs capable of destroying data or disrupting the network system.

What is the cost of availing the programme?

.:: For one year upon signing of contract, we will charge a minimal fee of Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P 7,500) payable at the start of every month, payable to X-Bind Partnership Co.,for a network system consisting of ten (10) or less computer units. (For companies with more that 10 computers, the monthly fee will vary under a new set of arrangement.)

INTERNET ACCESS

We maintain a facility where walk-in customers can access internet in a very affordable price. We can also process the subscription for JBDNET's internet access.

DATA PROCESSING

We can assist users process their data.We can provide services such as word processing,
desk top publishing, analysis of data thru SPSS, etc. We even accept bulk Printing, scanning or xerox copying.

IT CONSULTANCY

We provide consultancy services to clients who intend to ensure their computer system running. We will maintain your system, and in case of system breakdown, put it up the shortest possible time.

WINGATE SOFTWARE

This product from Deerfield.com enables your computer network access the internet via a single account. We can process the licensing and install the software. 

MICROSOFT PRODUCTS

We support the anti-piracy campaign. Our organization is committed to giving our clients licensed Microsoft products.
