Our No Spam Policy

We do not support spam or the use of our system and tools for spam.
Unsolicited emails of any type will not be tolerated. Here are the rules.

Our system uses an opt-in strategy for every email that it comes in contact with. This is a gateway to help prevent spam. Every email that comes in must be confirmed by the "sender" within 7 days or it is removed from the system.
If a spam complain comes against you, we will review it against your account to see if that person is indeed subscribed (or was subscribed) to determine if it was a complaint due to SPAM or due to forgetfulness on the part of the recipient. However, we will be the final arbiter of any complaint.
If anyone ever contacts you to be removed from the list, you must remove that person. Hopefully the person will use the automated tools but not everyone does that.
There will be no advertising of your system or your web site in any way by means of bulk unsolicited advertising. This includes direct bulk emailing of advertising going directly your site or an email address on your site as well as utilizing doorway pages that redirect through or link to this site.
Any complaint about spamming will result in your account being shut down and actions taken by us (outlined below.)

If you spam, we will take the following actions:

Your account will be IMMEDIATELY terminated.
You will be charged a fee of $500 for cleaning up and terminating our account and a $500 per day charge for any interruption in our service as a result of your SPAM activities.
We will take legal action to recover fees if necessary.
We will block you from using our services ever again.

If you have been spammed, please notify us at spam@marketingparadise.com with as many details as you can so we can verify the spam complaint and take appropriate action.
