Unfortunatly i am going to be a bit more strick this time then with my other site. here are the requirements...
-You must have a site that is finished as in not "going to be up soon" or "going to have a domain name" it has to be up n done.
-Must Be organized, preferably with frames
-Must keep in contact, otherwise whats the point in being sisters?
-Must be devoted to web design and computers
-Site must not contain any sort of pornography, and sort of discrimination against anyone or anything

I know it seems like alot but they are just a few simple things i would like to have. thanks =)
