| About: Nickname: "Celly" Year/Model: 2002 Toyota Celica Color: White Transmission: Manual Car Story: I came across this car after I totalled my '96 Eclipse. I was car shopping for a 96-99 Eclipse, standard, preferably under 100,000 miles. I looked everywhere, but for some reason I couldn't even find that many cars with standard trannys, much less Eclipses in that year range with a standard transmission without major problems. I came across the listing on Autotrader for a white '02 Celica, standard, under 100,000 and in my price range. So I drove down to GP, looked at the car, drove it, took it to my mechanic, and they said it was cool. I loved the way it drove, even though I didn't know how to drive stick yet, and of course it was beautiful. I told the dealer to replace the clutch and I would buy it. I bought it, taught myself to drive, and have been in love with it ever since. :D |
