| West Virginians for Life holds their annual oratory contest in conjunction with the sate pro-life convention. The contest is open to high school juniors and seniors. Participants must compose a 5-7 minute speech, not using props or dramatic presentation, written on abortion, infanticide, or euthanasia. The winner of the contest recites their oration at the National Right to Life Convention. |
