Upcoming Activities:

This year, the Civic Association will continue to monitor Department of Defence plans for the development of new buildings that will house 22,000 new workers at the Engineer Proving Grounds just south of the WCCA neighborhoods and at a location on I-395 by Landmark Mall. WSCA President Kevin Kirk and other members of WSCA have participated in a review of land use (Zoning) around the Engineer Proving Grounds. Since BRAC will affect both our community and our quality of life in West Springfield, please let us know of your thoughts regarding DoD plans.
