Ode to Romance

Music sings within in my soul,
Bells ring wildly in my ear,
The earth beneath my feet does quake,
All because you're near.

Flowers bloom in profusion,
Their colors are bold and bright,
They fill the air with heavenly fragrance,
Whenever you're in sight.

The sunshine is golden and warm,
The moon casts its silvery beams,
The stars in the sky fall gently on me,
Sweetening my nightly dreams.

Rainbows color my simple world,
Musical notes add their sound,
Springtime is softer and sweeter,
Simply because you're around.
