Trish Stratus

In January 2002, Trish began a feud with former ECW female competitor Jazz, which led to some suprisingly good matches over the next few months. Tish retained the Women's title against Jazz at Royal Rumble, but lost the belt to her in February. Trish regained the title in May in a mixed tag match where both the Hardcore title and the Women's title were on the line.

Soon after a feud developed between Trish and Molly Holly, who had changed her ways and was disgusted with how women are portrayed in the WWE. Trish and Molly had some great matches, and Molly captured the title at King Of The Ring. However, their feud is now well past it's sell-by-date and Trish could do with fresh opposition, as can Molly.

Trish regained the Women's title from Molly in a good match at Unforgiven on September 22nd. Luckily, fresh competition has come Trish's way as on the September 30th Raw, she took on Victoria in another commendable effort. However, the real story was backstage brawl they had before the match(which got Victoria over well as a heel), and the brutal chair-shot Victoria delivered to Trish during the match causing the DQ.
