Seats are a personal thing, some of the ones that might be worth looking at are Giro Nisene, Selle Italia, Terry Liberator. My choice was Selle Italia.
Seat Post
Reviews at mtbr.com suggests the Thompson Elite and it was on sale too. BTW, it comes in a nice cloth bag. Liberally grease the seatpost before installation. Torque seat post clamp to 200 in-lbs.
