The Women's Resource Assistance Program, Inc. (WRAP, Inc.) is a community partnership not-for-profit tax-exempt organization that offers comprehensive services designed to increase the educational and personal development of women and their families. Programs include a pre-employment skills job training program, and placement services for women transitioning off welfare-to-work, social support and parenting classes for pregnant and parenting teens, life-skills development program for middle school students, college readiness program for high school students, advocacy services, referrals for basic education (GED), and mental health counseling.
