2006 Budget

Again, we have adopted a budget that does not increase maintenance fees over the $140.00 per month that has been collected since 1999. This budget provides for the fixed costs of Association operations as well as an amount directed to the funding of reserves for future capital expenditures. Coupon books have been ordered and will be sent to unit owners who do not use automated payment plans with their banks directly from the printers.   Please enclose a note with your next payment if you have not received your coupons by January 28, 2006.
