Work attachments take place as part of the course in the last three weeks of January. You are required to complete two weeks of attachment, with an additional third week if you desire. You can choose where you want to go, but you will be advised about choice of work attachment at an appropriate point in the autumn term. Attachments are not assessed, but you are required to do an attachment and write a report in order to pass at the diploma level of the course.

In addition to these formal requirements some students choose to do informa addtional periods of work attachment at various time, especially in the three week break at easter.
