Our patrol is the Galah patrol and our badge
shows which patrol we are in by having a picture of the Galah. The Galah is an
Australian bird as are the other patrols names. The Galah is pink and grey and

The different badges we have
We have different interest badges and we receive them when we do set activities to do with the name of the badge like first aid, scissors, agility, athletics, swimming, art and lots of others.
Our patrol skit
The one badge that we have to get (over all) is the Junior B P and for one of our Junior B P we did patrol skit.
Our favourite games
One of our favourite games is Fruit salad. In this game you choose a partner and sit facing each other with your legs out in a row of lots of people. Then somebody calls out your chosen fruit, and you stand up and run in between the people in one side of the row, run up the side and over the other peoples legs and sit back down in your spot. The first person to sit down in their spot, wins a point for their side (a or b). If the somebody calls out fruit salad everybody gets up and runs around where they would normally and sits back down in there place and the side who has everybody sitting back down, wins a point for their side.
We have many other favourite games like kill-a-winks, hide and seek and stuck in the mud.
Our favourite camps
One of our favourite camps was at Cataract scout camp. We liked going on the waterslide, going on bush walks and eating scroggin (guides food containing chocolate chips, nuts, marshmallows and dried fruits) but we hated it when we got bitten to bits by mosquitoes.
One of other favourite camps was the JOTA (jamboree of the air) camp at Mount Keira. all the guides and brownies of the area were there and we did many activities together and had a big campfire.
The badges we want to achieve
Some of the Badges we want to do are pets Badge where you have do something for your pet for a while. We are trying to achieve this badge by putting lots of effort into it and trying to get everyone finished this badge. We are also doing our Badge for our Junior BP.
