Who are we?
We are a small Home Owners Association consisting of
86 homes in the
Country Creek subdivision in the City of Altamonte
Springs, which is located in Central Florida.
Does that sound like double Dutch to you? Okay,
so a more general location description is: we are a
few miles north east of Orlando, Florida (you know,
the Disney place? Well, we are about 30 minutes
away from there!!!)
The BEST community this side of the Equator!
Rise to the sounds of birds - cardinals,
humming birds, doves, owls and so many others.
Watch Rocky Raccoon, Sammy Snake, Arnold Armadillo,
Simon Squirrel,
Polly Possum, Barry Bird and all their friends roam the green
belt adjoining Lake Lotus Park.
We are a family community. You see
children at play, riding their bikes, roller blading
or kicking a ball on the fields. We also have
two tennis courts, two swimming pools, two
playgrounds, a basketball court, a volleyball court,
and a clubhouse. There are several walking and
riding trails which ramble through the trees. A
green belt attaches Woodland Terrace Trail with Lake
Lotus Park and the Country Creek, which is a
trickling brook in the dry season and a running
stream in the wet months.
