It was really great watching him develop as a player in the AHL. In the QMJHL, Pierre had an outstanding record. In one season, Pierre had more than a hundred points, but he had trouble making the adjustment to the AHL. In the end of the season he really got going and shaped up to be one of those players to look for. We think that his only real problem is that he needs to bulk up and adjust to his size. As of this season, Pierre was all arms and legs. If he bulked up and put his size to good use, he could be an outstanding player. We had alot of fun watching Pierre practice with team-mate Frederic Henry this year. Pierre would try to score on Henry and everytime he did he would put his hands in the air and show-off, to rub it in Freddy's face. It was great. Pierre also had a habit of singing along with the songs that he knew while waiting at the face-offs. One game we caught Pierre singing "YMCA", it was hysterical. Pierre is one of those guys that is needed on every team. He is the joker. He makes things light when comic relief is needed. We'll be happy to see Pierrre again next season.
