Notes: Jeff had an outstanding season this year.  He had some bad luck with injuries but still came out on top as the AHL's leading goal scorer.  The last few seasons with Albany, prior to this one, Jeff didn't fare as well.  Jeff did not show coach Cunniff enough interest or desire to play, therefore, he was scratched, alot.  Jeff showed, this year that he was ready to step up his game in the absence of many of the 1997-98 Rats and the presence of a great deal of rookies.  It seemed as though every time that Mad Dog (John Madden) passed him the puck, he would slam it home.  Unfortunately for Jeff, he injured his left knee during the final game of Albany's post-season.
