Welcome to Wolfgang's Graphics

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS

1. All graphics provided, including tiles, images, banners, buttons, bars, and any
other graphics included in the set are for use ONLY with that particular set.
They may NOT be used in combination with other graphics, other graphic sets,
or for any other purpose. Graphics may NOT be altered in any way.
They may not be used as pieces to create your own graphics.
If this is not clear, please Contact Me and I will explain further.
Definition of "altered": Resizing, cutting, mixing & matching with other sets, etc.
Adding your own touch to an image; i.e. changing colors,
putting words on images, animating images or adding borders.

2. Graphic sets are for Personal Website use only and may not be used
on commercial sites or sites that involve commercial activities.
I do NOT design custom sets. My graphic sets are linkware only
but may be used to construct a post card site, provided that
you include the proper logo and link back to Wolfgang's Graphics.

3. You do not have to use all of the graphics included in the set. You do not
have to use the exact page layout. You never have to use the title I supply. .
.they are for ideas. However, you must use the exact background.

4. The logo must be placed somewhere on your page, with a link inserted
pointing to Wolfgang's Graphics.

Each set has a matching logo for linking with it.

5. These graphics may not be redistributed, [or 'given away'] in any form.
This means you may not display my graphics and then offer them
as downloads from your site.

6. Under no circumstances may these sets be used as stationery in e-mails.
Stationery will be available in the near future.

7. You may not use my geocities file path when setting up your web page.
This is called bandwidth stealing. It means that you are using my
web server to display the graphics and they charge me for that usage.
Instead, download the graphics to your computer. In your source code,
use your file path when inserting graphic files. A file path is like this:
      <img src="http://www.oocities.org/wolfhummelca/image2.jpg">
      Upload graphic files to YOUR own server.

8.   If you choose to use some of my graphics sets please send me a copy
of the URL so that I may view it.


~~ DID YOU KNOW ~~
Only fonts that are "embedded" - or shown on the graphic image will be
seen as they are unless the viewer has that font in their computer font files.
In other words, if you try to use non-standard fonts in the written part
of your page, text may not be seen as such by your general
viewing audience. It is smart to use standard fonts such as Arial,
Comic Sans, Helvetica, Verdana, and Times New Roman for your text.
