Ragamuffin
My baby. Quite possibly the sweetest python on the planet. He is one I make sure to take with me for outreach/education efforts, particularly with very young children, because he is amazingly tolerant of handling and having his head patted (Kids always want to pet them on the head!) He is our most inquisitive snake. I try to avoid anthropomorphism, but I swear this snake acts pouty when he doesn't get out for his nightly explore.Ragamuffin was a private rescue. His previous owner didn't want him because he didn't "eat right". Whatever. I adore this snake.
