Westerly Warwick 22' Twin-Keel Sailboat and Trailer

 

  • Sloop (2 sails)
  • All new lines on mast (2001)
  • 8 h.p. Johnson (1985) runs beautifully
  • Draft 2' 8"
  • New wind vane on mast head (2001)
  • New gas tank and hose (2001)
  • CQR 20 lb anchor and chain (new 2001) with 60' 1/8" rode
  • 10 lb Danforth type anchor with rode
  • Standard depth sounder (new 2001)
  • Fume sniffer in bilge (new 2001)
  • Bottom cleaned and painted (removed 7+ coats of bottom paint)
  • Sides, deck and bottom in excellent shape
  • Was built in 1972 when the best fiberglass and stainless steel was available
  • Recaulked around keels where join bottom of boat (did not leak before or after work)
  • Replaced port window
  • New mahogany tiller
  • Place for 27" deep cell batteries (motor has charger built-in)
  • VHF radio in good shape with new antenna cord
  • Removable swim ladder
  • Port-a-Potty (new 2000)
  • Compass
  • Trailer with dual axles English built 1971 (four new tires 2000)
  • Stored in my yard under tarp
  • Just returned from a 5 week sailing adventure to the Abacos, Bahamas
  • I am the third owner of the boat since new
