I owned my 190E for more than four years and after and extensive search for a aftermarket intake system to replace the inefficent and oversized factory system, I found nothing. Therefore I had to develop a system specifically for the 190 engines. Using the knowledge of current aftermarket shops and companies which make the aftermarket systems along with extensive research on how the systems are built for the Japanese cars, I have developed a system which works very well with the 2.6 & 2.3 engines, improves performance and allows for better air induction to the engine. The system is full aluminum 3.5" piping, uses a custom fit rubber elbow for improved flow into the throttle body and a special order high flow cone filter. It comes in either standard polishable aluminum finish, or it can be powder coated black or any other color you want for an additional cost and a few days additional assembly time. The kit has a 1 month guarantee against defects, and is fully ready to install upon delivery with a socket wrench and a flathead screwdriver.
