Anyways, it has been more than five years since I stopped cooking professionally, and to be honest, I don't really miss it. I still love cooking (and eating), but now that I am teaching Pilates I feel much more grounded, calm, and happy...
I want to thank Fay and Azzin for giving me the motivion to update this page. They were the only people whose eyes lit up when I told them that I had been given a fresh salmon that was full of roe (caviar). Everyone else just sort of looked a little sick. I tell you, fresh caviar is just great!
I wish I had some left for you two sophisticated eaters, but maybe another time, eh?
So I just wanted to update this page a bit. The rest of this page is still about five years old. Other than now being a Pilates instructor, I have started doing SCUBA diving - another great place to be on our planet!!!

Hello everybody! I have been an independent caterer for over fifteen years, cooking Thai, Sushi, Indian, Middle Eastern, Chinese, Mediterranean, Latino, Vegetarian, and Fusion foods...
I have catered for films, festivals, weddings, office parties, house parties (from 12 people up to 100 people). I have cooked in restaurants, and I have cooked in bush camps. I have also taught cooking, marketed my own specialty foods, and published a cookbook. I love to travel, and I love to eat!
