This is the entrance to the Sexual Attitudes Survey.
The survey on this site is of a sexual nature and should only be undertaken by people old enough to legally participate. If you are unsure if this applies to you or if you are easily offended then please leave this site now.

The following survey is of a personal nature.
The purpose of the survey is to compare the attitudes and perceptions of people from various backgrounds towards sex and sexuality.
The survey is divided into sections which progressively become more personal and potentially embarrassing or even offensive. If you find a section of the survey “too personal” then you should send the results that you have already entered and go no further. Each section is marked with a number and a warning that the next section may be more personal. It is important that the questions are answered honestly. It is preferable to leave a section unanswered than answered dishonestly as the results will not be accurate.
Complete anonymity is assured, unless you choose to provide an email address for any follow-up questions. If you choose to do so it will be assumed by the author of the survey that you are willing to be contacted for follow up questions. If you don’t want to be contacted then simply don’t enter any email address. If you choose to provide an email address it will ONLY be used by the author of the survey for follow-up questions and/or notification when the results become available. Your email address will not be forwarded to any individual, company or agency. Your privacy is assured.
The results will be posted on this site when they are collected and collated. Thank-you for your contribution.
