The Yahoo Group Witches Haven Open Circle was started in 2002 by a small group of Pagan folks who live in Florida, USA. The group was started in the hopes of building a local community of people who's basic practices follow the 3-Fold Law. Some of us come together in circle regularly, some on occasion, and some are yet to join us "in the flesh" so to say, but we are all one in Spirit.
