Wispercool roof ventilators are
wind-powered fans well adapted
to inclined roofs made of tiles,
asbestos or aluminum. Its instalation
in the upper section of the roof
enables the hot air trapped between
ceiling and roof to be drawn out,
thus lowering the temperature inside
the ares below the ceiling.
Wispercool roof ventilators come
in two sizes: 12'' (12 inch) diameter - for home use, and 20'' (20 inch)
diameter - for industrial use. They are
manufactured in Israel based on
the technical knowledge and vast ex-
perience of the American parent
company Triangle Engineering Company, where it has been proven in some
instances to have saved up to 20% in electrical costs (of air conditioning,
for example).
Wispercool roof ventilators are
constructed on a revolving turbine;
its leaves are made of aluminum
and overlap in order to prevent rain from entering the building. The base
is made of galvanized aluminum.
These ventilators are easily installed
on tiled roofs or attached to ventilation pipes. It is not necessary to
cover or remove Wispercool roof ventilators in winter, as they draw out
damp air and provide the necessary ventilation. |
