Here are some of my favorite inspirational readings..
A great book to read for inspiration is by Hugh Prather & it is titled, "There Is A Place Where You Are Not Alone ". This book is great for helping get things in perspective, which is basically all we need to do when we are feeling like we are all alone in this world. Coincidently, one can never be alone. Even the word alone suggests that we are really al(l) one. Here are a couple of quotes from the book...
"How do I forgive? I believe it can be this simple: I just forget it." "Forgiveness and the willingness to be happy are the same." "All of our differences are superficial and meaningless; we are exactly alike." "To abide in now is to abide in love." "As you know, God can dress up as anybody. Is there anybody He is not dressed up as? So now do you see how innocent what just happened was? Its purpose was not at all what you first thought." "When my thoughts take on the characteristics of heaven, I am in it." This book is packed with great reading to help anyone through the tuffest times. I recommend everyone grab this book at the next bookstore & read it. You will see your life in a new light & things will begin to take on a new perspective.
