                                                     **What is this website about?**

This website was started by a good friend of the Blaine family - Kevin Smith. Brad Blaine later joined in to become a co-founder. Their goal was to provide a place for family members, friends, and the general public to come together and share their interests and information on the great outdoors. This website serves the following purposes:

* A place to communicate hunting and family events (Check out the link to
Windy Hills Hunting Club for chat, club pics, and get the latest news on the farm)

* Act as an archive of
Records for their family members and friends (This link will take you to our Records Page where you'll find Photos,Top 10 Bucks, Hunting Stories, Harvest Data, and other stuff)

* Offer quality scientific information regarding a variety of topics on natural resources (
BIOLOGISTS AND OTHER RESEARCHERS LOOK HERE!!!)

**Where is this farm they keep talking about?**

The Blaine Farm is in the Appalachian Foothills near the junction of the Ohio and Kanawha River Valleys in Mason County, West Virginia. Mason County's largest town is Point Pleasant and the farm is located about 5 miles south of it out Redmond Ridge Road from the poor white-trash town of Henderson. Comprised of over 600 acres, it is nestled between Redmond Ridge Road to the east, Salt Creek Road to the north and Modock (pronounced "mow" like "Mow your yard") Road to the south. The western boundary of the farm is adjacent to another property owner who doesn't give a shit about the wildlife or the poachers who may trespass on it, unfortunately.
