1998 Ford Windstar 3.0L

Hi. This is the home of the Windstar Guy (and Windstar Gal's!) 1998 Ford Windstar 3.0L journal. We started this site in May, 1998, shortly after we bought our Windstar.

April 26, 2009 marks Eleven Years of Ownership.

These pages chronicle our experiences as owners of a 1998 Ford Windstar 3.0L minivan. If you're thinking of buying a minivan, we hope this site might be of some use to you. We share the background to our buying decision as well as chronicling our experiences with both our Ford dealership(s) and our Ford vehicle,

We are not in the car business, or affiliated with anyone who is. That is not to say we may not be a little biased; after all we signed on the line for our Ford and we're hoping that it's going to be a beautiful relationship. But we'll do our best to note our experiences honestly, for better or worse. And apparently our van is going to last longer than this web site, as Yahoo is shutting down GeoCities later this year.

We picked up some mud going up and down the mountain to ski at Apex
After a day of skiing...
