| Question: Can I join your fabulous ship!? Answer: Sure, if you're a girl in 8th through 12th grades. Q: Please, tell me how I join! A: Call or e-mail our splendiferous skipper, Trina, and then come to a meeting! Q: So, what the heck do you do, anyway? Why should I join? A: We're a senior Girl Scout Ship. We mainly do things with the sea, but that doesn't mean we don't do other things. We sail, canoe, row, swim, and learn the skills we'd use on boats. We're also a boy scout ship (you know what that means...) We interact with other Sea Explorer ships (the boy scouts). We have dances, parties, and sometimes just hang around with the other ships. Check out the activity page for more info on that Q: So, where do you meat? Neat? Er, I mean... meet! A:We meet every Thursday from 7 - 9. The place depends on the meeting. |
