In fact, most freeware programs are a Basic version of their paid Pro version with less advance functions (which are not required by most average users). Yet there are also FULL package version of freeware programs (no Basic or Pro) which are mostly dedicated for non commercial and home usage. Which is your favourite web browser? If you don't have a clue, there are 3 major web browsers out there you can choose from - namely IE (Internet Explorer) which is the default browser for MS Windows systems, Firefox and Opera. In my opinion, they are all good in one way or another. IE is the preferred choice among corporate fans and are used by most common PC users. Unfortunately, IE is also a headache for many web developers and designers due to its lack of consistency in adopting W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) web standards. For Opera, it is more in between both. For me, I use all of them but most of the time I choose Mozilla Firefox for safer web browsing.
