Systems Analyst, IBM Global Financing
Responsible for Security in RICS (Remarketing Inventory Control System) , including semi-annual security re-verifications. Oversee broker sale and retail lease transactions for IBM Global Financing’s remarketing department. Reduced outstanding revenue for IGF Remarketing from approximately nine million dollars to about $600,000 through correction of problems. Oversee that RICS is up and running, acting as a liaison with I/S and end users to advise them of system status. Ensure that equipment returned to our warehouses is available for remarketing in RICS in a timely manner. Correct and research all inventory discrepancies. Testing in the SAP environment and learning security administration in SAP.
End of Lease Analyst, IBM Global Financing
Responsible for generating up to four thousand end of lease contracts per month. Check accuracy of interest rates and prices on end of lease supplements. Create manual end of lease supplements as necessary for customers with special pricing at end of lease. Actively involved with the implementation of new ICFS online pricing system. Interact with PC, mid-range and large systems remarketing product managers to determine fair market value of equipment. Provide internal support for the Great Lakes region of IBM regarding end of lease issues. Answer a toll-free customer support hotline for twelve hours per week, averaging about 75 calls per week. Provide reprices, requotes, inventory reports and planning rates for customers.
