1) All payments must be received within 10 days of end of auction, or I have the right to re-sell the merchandise and leave negative feedback in the auction site. For domain name auctions, I must receive a response within 72 hours of end of auction. For ebay auctions, I do automatically file a non paying bidder alert in ebay after 10 days. Please do not bid if you cannot pay!

2) I will not "make good" for payments lost in the mail. It is not my fault if the mail is delayed or lost.

3) Personal checks take 5 business days to clear. Money orders ship immediately. Paypal ships immediately unless I am notifed that paypal payment has not yet cleared.

4) Insurance in an option that is offered on all auctions. If you do not choose to get insurance and your item is lost or damaged in the mail, I am not responsible-the liability is yours. I will not compensate you if insurance was not requested and paid for.

5) I do confirm receipt of payment as well as the day your item will be shipped, so you are not left wondering when and if the payment was received and if the item was shipped.

6)Unwarrented or slanderous negative feedback (ex: "this person is a cheat" ) will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Slander is a serious crime and can permanently damage someone's reputation.

Unfortunately, after 3 1/2 years of auctioning, these terms and conditions are necessary to make the rules clear to potentional bidders/buyers. The overwhelming majority of my bidders are super and I thank them for their businesss. There are a few who don't like to abide by the rules and for this reason I must make my terms and conditions clear! Happy bidding!!!
