| We are Joanne, Jerry and Jacqueline and we are excited about the opportunity to share our lives and ourselves with you through this website. We hope to adopt a baby soon and see our family grow through the miracle of adoption. We cannot imagine how difficult taking this path might be for you, and we can only hope that our site might provide some encouragement and hope as you travel this way. Should you decide to stay a while and get to know more about us, we can only pray that it will result in a life-long answer to prayers for all of us. We believe that your child should always know and feel your love and we will do everything to be sure of that. We are committed to offering our child a lifetime of unconditional love and constant nurturing. |
| The story of us.... |
| We met in 1987 and were introduced by mutual friends. It was love at first sight! We hit it off right away and started dating. We are best friends before anything else! After Joanne completed college, we were engaged and were married in 1992 in a big traditional wedding. We have a stable marriage and celebrated 14 years of marriage this year. Joanne is a Systems Analyst with a major medical corporation, while Jerry is a telecommunications technician. We are financially and emotionally stable. Our parents, grandparents, brothers and sister all live close by. Your child will have a four year old big sister, three great-grandparents and four grandparents waiting to meet him or her! Our nine year old and seven year old nieces are very anxious to have a baby cousin to play with since they will live only 5 minutes away! Our families are very loving and close-there are days when we feel like the Barone Family from "Everybody Loves Raymond!" :) We own a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the suburban New York. We are just a train ride away from New York City. All the the metropolitan New York City area has to offer is close by. We have 1/2 acre of land adjacent to a stream. Our neighborhood is quiet and filled with families with children of all ages. Our school district is excellent and our town has plenty of parks, pools and playgrounds for town residents!! | We have a beautiful four year old daughter, Jacqueline, and have not been able to have another child for medical reasons. Our daughter would make an outstanding big sister and we are excited about welcoming a new little one to our family! We are excellent, loving parents who would always put their children first. Our family and friends say we are great with kids as well as our own daughter.! We are Roman Catholic and we both attended Catholic Schools for most of our lives. We are both Italian American and originally from New York City. Living is suburban New York allows for the best of both worlds. We have the advantages of suburban life, with the ability to easily go to New York City to see Broadway plays, sporting events, parades and all that NYC has to offer! Joanne is 37 and Jerry is 41! Together we enjoy going to the beach, watching movies, attending plays, attending sporting events as well as other activities! We each have our own individual hobbies as well!
