Hello there, welcome to my wildroze cottage here on this little corner of the web. My name is Karen, known to some as browneyez. I live in the upper left hand corner of this wonderful state we call Pennsylvania. I am married and we have 4 children. Mostly all grown up now.
We are now at that fun stage of out lives where we have become grandparents. You know, that wonderful stage in life where you have the adorable children to spoil inside out and backwards, then send them back home to mom and dad! Our oldest grandson, Hunter was born April 27, 2001. He is now at that wonderful curious age of 2. Our second grandson is Garrett, he was born November 6, 2002.
Our youngest of the 4 children just turned 18 and will be graduateing this year. Guess this is where I start feeling old.
I am a stay at home mom, and now that the children have grown, I care for my grandson, Garrett, while his mommy and daddy are at work. We have three dogs, Rusty ( a mixed terrier we found abused and badly beaten over 7 years ago) Then there is SugarBear (who we inherited when my dad died, dad found her at the local pound), then there is last, but certainly not least, MaggieMae ( a 1 yr old Black Lab/Rottwieler..who likes to be the life of the party..you know..(the one running around making an idiot if themselves with the lampshade on their head). As of Christmas 2003 we also adopted a kitty, whom I call BratKitty. You will meet them a bit later on, as I have a page made just for them.
I like shooting pool for our local pub, and spend alot of time out in the garden, or doing yard work, or reading when I find some free time, until winter time.
