Ways to deal with STRESS
It has been shown that exercising can reduce stress.
Talk it out- Talking to a friend or family member can help to reduce stress.
Make a list of things that stress you out- By making a list of the things that stress you out.  You are better able to understand where your stess is coming from.
Get enough sleep- Make sure you are getting enough rest.  Being tired all the time can make dealing with lifes daily problems that much more stressful.
Balance work and recreation- Reward yourself with things you like to do when you deserve it, and work hard when you do work to keep from feeling guilty when you take a break.
Accept the things you can not change- Accept yourself, and explore alternatives that make good use of your talents and abilities.
Take things one at a time-  By reducing the number of things you are trying to deal with you can reduce your stress.  Take small bites so you don't choke.
Deep breathing exercises- Breath in deeply and slowly through your nose counting to 6. Expanding your chest and abdomen. Hold it for a count of 6.  Release the breath through your mouth for a count of 6.  Pause for a count of 6, and then start again.  Do this three or four times.
Change the way you view the situation that is causing the stress- This is where hypnosis can be very helpful.  Hypnosis can help you to change the way you view things on a subconscious level.  By viewing things in different ways you can remove or reduce their power over you.
