The band came together in the late year of, 2001. Joined as Amer 590, they went on to fame and very little money. Playing at places such as Warp, Algonquin Roadhouse, and more Warp, the band did successful. Amer 590 also played at The Congress Theatre. The out-come on that was more than the band could have asked for. After not practicing for a long time after doing their thing at Congress, they decided to start something new, something more...evil.
Whitney was born on May 19, 2003 out of the frustration and angst of previous work, begging to be released in an emotional upswirl of rythmic guitars, quick paced perscussion and meaningful, heartfelt lyrics.

Mike is gone, off to college, Augie. Well things have changed, changed for better. Dean Boytor has been added as Drummer. What happened to Kyle? He's still here, guitarist. Chris Beaty has also hopped on the train as Bassist and back up vocals along with Kyle. Carll has same role as he did. Nick has dropped the Bass and has just gone to the Mic. |
