From the Meat Loaf "Everything Louder" tour book (1994 or 1996?)  I went to the show but wasn't lucky enough to meet any of the musicians then...  Some friends and I attended the charity softball game (Meat & Co. vs. a local radio station) and I could have been 3 feet from Kasim but did I notice?  Noooooooooo.  I was too fascinated with Mark Alexander (the keyboard player) and his hair.  Who knew?!? 
After signing everything we placed in front of him, Kasim graciously answered questions and posed for this picture before heading back into town for his sound check.
