Tip of the Week |
What is the best way to determine the correct ball weight?
In determining ball weight, USBC Coaching suggests having bowlers put their hand out in front of them, waist high with the palm up. Place different weight house balls in the palm to see which one begins to slightly push the hand down. The one that slightly pushes the hand down will be the weight that is close to what should be selected. Coaching |
